Yes, you need to register for an account to make your first purchase with us. This facilitates subsequent purchases, and helps you track order status. If you haven't created an account, please create one now.

Simply click on the desired item, select the colour, size, and quantity, and ‘Add to Cart’. Each item has a 30 minutes reservation period, do complete your order as soon as possible. When you are ready, click into your shopping bag page (top right corner), and then ‘Check Out’. Payment will have to be made for items to be reserved for you.

We do our best to bring back popular designs. You may wish to use `Notify me` when available, leaving down your e-mail address to get first dibs when the item is re-stocked.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and  AMEX) and PayPal.

Sorry, confirmed orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

We apologize if you're experiencing difficulty making payment. Orders are cancelled if payment is not received within two hours; for additional support please email ashley@ashleysummer.co.

Yes, we deliver internationally to most countries, including Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Switzerland and the UAE.

Shipping and handling fees in your cart are estimated. They are calculated again when you key in your shipping details. Please email us at ashley@ashleysummer.co if you will like to order but your country is not in the list.

Uncollected parcels sent back to us will require customers to top up for postage before sending out again.

We regret to say that Ashleysummer will not be held responsible for any lost parcels after shipping. We highly encourage customers to opt for registered mail (+S$2.50) or courier shipping for added security and limited tracking features.

We're sorry for sending you a defective* item! Please email us at ashley@ashleysummer.co with your order number, and a photograph of the defect. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued.

*Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.

We accept returns for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact.

Orders made with promotional codes, sales items

Intimates

Swimwear

Accessories

Bags

Personal dislike or similar reasons

Deviations from personal perceptions

Items damaged or made defective by the customer

Minor defects including and not limited to loose threads, slight scratches, slight stains, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment, slight tarnishes that do not affect the general outlook of the item.

Sorry, we do not provide self-collection.

Our jewelry designs are made of gold or silver plated brass unless stated otherwise. If you have a nickel allergy or have sensitive skin, we would not recommend our products for you as we cannot guarantee that every design is nickel-free.

Tarnishing (or blackening) is common with fashion jewelry due to chemical reactions with water, sweat, makeup and perfume. To slow down the occurrence of tarnishing, keep the jewelry away from harsh elements and store it in an airtight bag when not in use. Gold plating tends to wear off over time and after much use to expose the metal underneath, and is inevitable for fashion jewelry.
