ORDER AND PAYMENT
To place an order, simply add to cart the items you’d like and check out accordingly. Please check and ensure that the items, colours and sizes in your shopping cart are correct before making payment. Ashleysummer will not be held responsible for wrongly submitted orders.
Please complete payment within two hours from the time your order was placed. All unpaid orders after this payment frame will be cancelled automatically. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment has to be received and verified before the item will be reserved for you. Items are strictly subject to availability and are on a first come first serve basis.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Paid orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.
All local orders will be handled by SingPost unless otherwise stated. Ashleysummer will not be held liable for any lost or damaged parcels that are sent via Normal Postage (SGD 2.50) as there is no way of tracking your items through this method.
We strongly recommend Registered Postage, which is only an additional SGD 2.50, as it is trackable and to your doorstep.
Please allow for 4 – 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered.
Please allow for 2 – 4 working days for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep.
Ashleysummer will not be responsible for any customs or taxes incurred in your country.
We’ll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. Customers will need to top up for postage for any unclaimed mail that is sent back to us before we will send it out again.
DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEM
We’re sorry for sending you a defective* or incorrect item! Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defect or incorrect item. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective or incorrect. All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued.
*Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact.
Orders made with promotional codes, sales items
Personal dislike or similar reasons
Deviations from personal perceptions
Items damaged or made defective by the customer
Minor defects including and not limited to loose threads, slight scratches, slight stains, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment, slight tarnishes that do not affect the general outlook of the item.

Store credit is valid for 3 months.
Store credit is strictly non-refundable and non-extensible.
